At our pre-construction meeting you receive a detailed home specifications and descriptions binder and a home owners manual. The former tells you everything you need to know about the features, materials and finishes in your new home, and the latter includes all your purchase documents, warranty information and customer service policies. We ask you to bring these to all of your meetings with us, where we can refer to them as necessary.
